Log into your account or access the 'Order Status' section to complete the online Return Form and receive your unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring the security seal and all authenticity cards are included inside.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS return label provided in your original shipment over any previous delivery information on the exterior of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at a UPS access point or schedule a collection; your refund will be processed to the original payment method after a quality inspection.
